Introducing ND Theater Workshop

Introducing an exciting new program at Nebraska Dance! We are thrilled to offer ND Theater Workshops for the first time.

Meet Jed Logue!

As a professional actor and comedian, we are so excited to have Jed bring his expertise to our students. Jed has worked both on and off many sets developing his craft as a performer. He spent years traveling with Young Americans, an international performing arts troupe that specializes in music, dance, and stage performance. Currently, Jed serves as the Director of Ministry Arts at Christ Community Church.

About the Workshop

Starting on November 2nd, Jed will offer Theater Workshops at ND that will provide students an opportunity to develop both skills and confidence. This high energy workshop will entail theater games and exercises that explore movement and help students elevate their voice. Not only will this workshop give them a chance to explore the world of theater, it will also help them gain skills that translate into everyday life, flourishing with assertive confidence. At the end of the workshop, students will perform a short demonstration for the parents to see what they have learned.

The workshops will be divided into two age groups.  Third through fifth grades will be in the morning from 9:00 am to noon, while the sixth through eighth grades will be meeting from 1:30-4:30 in the afternoon.  Workshops are held in our performance space at our Lighthouse location at 11212 Chicago Circle. We hope your student will join us for this fun experience!
