Holiday Performance Week was a wonderful way to close out the year, and we are so proud of everything our dancers accomplished during performances held December 15th-20th. The week was a true celebration of dedication, growth, and seasonal cheer, and it was a joy to share it with our ND families.
Over the past several months, dancers focused on learning and refining special holiday-themed choreography in class. Performance Week gave them the opportunity to confidently step into the spotlight and showcase their progress for loved ones in attendance.
The variety of styles on display from graceful ballet and expressive lyrical to high-energy hip hop, rhythmic tap, and impressive acro made each performance unique and exciting. Dancers added festive touches that brought extra warmth and personality to the stage, while audiences filled the studios with applause and encouragement.
One of the highlights of the week was a joyful holiday group dance that brought all the dancers together at the end of each performance. It was a fun, feel-good moment that perfectly captured the spirit of the season and left everyone smiling.
Our studios were transformed to match the occasion, featuring holiday décor, themed photo areas, and welcoming performance spaces designed to create a special experience for families. Classes from Central and Lighthouse enjoyed performing in the Lighthouse performance space, while our West location dancers impressed audiences in a creatively reimagined Studio 1. Treats and holiday themed gifts were available for families to shop and enjoy.
We want to thank our dancers, families, and staff for making this week so memorable. We’re excited to continue building on this momentum and can’t wait to share what’s next as our dancers begin preparing for the Spring Dance Concert!
